How to file a complaint about Venn

- FINTRAC: Venn is registered with FINTRAC as a money service business (M22941967). You can check its registration in FINTRAC's MSB registry. FINTRAC enforces anti-money-laundering rules; it does not settle customer disputes. FINTRAC MSB registry
- CDIC: information on deposit insurance. Venn says balances are held in trust at BMO, a CDIC member. cdic.ca
- OBSI: a free, independent ombudsman for banking and investment complaints. We could not confirm that Venn is a participating firm, so check on OBSI's site. obsi.ca
- Consumer Protection BC: licenses certain sectors and offers information and referrals. It focuses on consumer matters, so it may not cover business banking. consumerprotectionbc.ca

We left out the federal Financial Consumer Agency of Canada because Venn says it is not a bank, and we could not confirm FCAC oversees it. We also left out a Google review link because we couldn't verify one.
